  • Follow 20+ scripts and ensure members understand terms while responding to rebuttals.
  • Maintain a professional and high-energy approach in all interactions.
  • Meet daily dials and appointments set goals along with other quality targets.
  • Adjust and manage appointments per member requests and report complaints immediately.
