- Basic knowledge of health plan operations for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial membership
- Knowledge of government programs and risk adjustment, especially CMS Medicare Stars program
- Conflict management skills
- Familiarity with invoicing and claims
- Proficient in Excel for data organization
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with leadership
- Self-starter with a proven track record in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience managing tight timelines and diverse stakeholders
- Confidence to seek clarification in unfamiliar situations
- Background in leading a team is preferred but not required
- Operational program management for 6-7 client accounts
- Prepare agendas for weekly client meetings and lead operational discussions
- Engage in critical conversations with clients about problem resolution
- Maintain client priorities with Senior Account Management Leaders
- Prioritize client issues to maximize satisfaction and business success
- Manage invoicing and claims project
- Oversee client marketing materials, data reports, and issue resolutions
- Report regional updates to Executive teams
- Lead new client and program implementations
- Drive process improvements and ensure knowledge transfer
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
