Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and use scripts.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude required.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask while making calls.

Responsibilities:
  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer.
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations.
  • Meet daily department goals for outbound dials and set appointments.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested.
  • Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints to management promptly.
  • Participate in coaching sessions as needed.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and security guidelines regarding protected health information.
