Requirements:

• 3-6+ years of proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or blogging.
• Strong command of English, including excellent spelling and grammar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering training via video.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging educational content.
• Meticulous attention to detail in documenting information accurately.
• Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies.
• Good understanding of User Experience (UX).
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the internal Donorbox Product Handbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product features.
• Test product features in staging environments for accurate documentation.
• Document all aspects of the Donorbox product in an organized way.
• Create engaging training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Keep the Donorbox Knowledge Base current.
• Lead live training sessions via video calls for team members.
