Requirements:

• Independently licensed therapist in the U.S. for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in at least one of the designated states, open to obtaining additional licenses.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
• Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria.
• Strong evidence-based clinical skills and empathetic, intuitive listening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in crisis response and comfort working autonomously in a telemedicine setting.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in various systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes.
• Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
• Create a flexible schedule within designated hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone.
• Work collaboratively with prescribers managing client medication alongside therapy services.
• Engage with other clinicians to positively impact client lives and outcomes.
