Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrix sales environment with attention to detail.
• Experience making 30+ outbound phone calls per day.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to document interactions in Salesforce daily.
• Demonstrated oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple sources under deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development and Sales strategy with professionalism and integrity.
• Create demand and awareness of Inovalon Provider's products through communication with prospects.
• Manage sales process with prospects and customers using CustomerCentric™ techniques.
• Initiate outbound prospecting and qualification for Inovalon Provider services.
• Drive prospecting and sales activities in a defined territory.
• Utilize issue-based prospecting techniques to uncover customer needs.
• Become proficient in Salesforce tools for contact management and sales reporting.
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies and adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
