- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or relevant field required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably supporting hourly employees, with strong California HR experience.
- Experience using data and/or analytics to achieve outcomes.
- Experience supporting senior executives and a dispersed hourly population is desired.
- Preferred SHRM certifications (PHR or SPHR).
- Knowledge in talent attraction and assessment.
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve problems creatively.
- Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel and other Office applications.
- Actively leverage the central HR platform and available technology in order to drive value and results.

- Establish key stakeholder relationships and drive results across boundaries.
- Anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions for sustainable outcomes.
- Manage talent transitions and re-deployment during high volume periods.
- Diagnose, coach, and advise managers on employee performance and engagement.
- Provide trends, feedback, and data to improve team and platform performance.

- Lead or participate in projects impacting business results.
- Support client base in expanding and stabilizing new business with a focus on employee experience.
