Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of Field Marketing Ambassadors (FMAs).
• Conduct onboarding training for new FMAs.
• Foster a positive learning culture and empower FMAs in sampling missions.
• Develop plans for building brand awareness and product trial.
• Execute sampling missions and collaborate with the collegiate ambassador program.
• Monitor and report on sampling metrics and team performance.
