Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the capabilities and roadmap for a variety of product features and offerings related to our telematics devices.
  • Deeply understand and advocate for the different ways that vehicle diagnostics can be utilized across the Samsara portfolio.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream product teams dependent on your team’s capabilities.
  • Manage a robust intake process based on customer impact for setting priorities.
  • Accountable for continuously improving the consistency and quality of apps depending on telematics devices.
  • Derive insights on app adoption and customer satisfaction for internal and customer use.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to drive quarterly release plans and long-term roadmaps.
  • Communicate with product line leadership to share roadmaps and seek joint innovation opportunities.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to address strategic accounts and maintain top customer relationships.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales.
