Requirements:
  • Minimum Associates degree, preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of coding experience.
  • Minimum 5 years managing coders in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Current CCS, CRC or CPC required.
  • Previous Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment experience.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA patient privacy requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and advanced problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to implement client projects effectively.
  • Oversee coding phases to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Proactively resolve coding issues impacting project success.
  • Prepare and deliver project performance reports.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for project deliverables.
  • Establish and execute project communication plans.
  • Coordinate development of manuals and training materials.
  • Manage client satisfaction throughout the project duration.
  • Conduct evaluations post-project to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective use of project resources and define performance benchmarks.
  • Drive quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with peers in other departments to achieve goals.
