Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts like APIs, SQL, and data privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams of product managers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define product vision and goals.
• Manage product specifications including requirement documents and user stories.
• Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring prioritization based on business value and feedback.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Gather user feedback and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate interactions with third-party vendors for technical integrations.
• Use communication tools to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
