• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in the SaaS industry.
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
• Excellent wireframing skills and experience with Figma.
• Strong understanding of performance sales funnels and user psychology.
• Preferred background in digital or performance marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Product Development Squad across all stages of product discovery and development.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product decisions.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature definitions.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers for user-friendly experiences.
• Lead development processes and coordinate product releases.
• Define KPIs and regularly analyze data for decision-making.
• Gather and address customer feedback to improve product satisfaction.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Represent the product at industry events and ensure continuous product improvement.
• Identify risks and ensure product compliance and security.
