Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, specifically Foreign Exchange.
  • Track record of working in or selling into the AIF ecosystem.
  • Reliable client base within the AIF ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience using consultative selling and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious with high integrity and tenacity.
  • Financial acumen with knowledge of AIF client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in new business sales of regulated products.
  • Skills in executive corporate level negotiations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working towards key performance indicators and targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Approaching Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to attract new clients.
  • Influencing clients on the benefits of executing spot and hedging needs through Convera.
  • Consulting with AIFs on currency requirements and payment solutions.
  • Performing market analysis and generating sufficient pipeline for financial targets.
  • Managing the full sales cycle and growth of relationships with target clients.
  • Collaborating with different departments within Convera.
