Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and G&A for a high-growth tech company.

  • Previous SaaS company experience is a plus.
  • Ability to partner and influence senior hiring managers and executives.

  • Source, screen, and close talent effectively.
  • Partner with management and global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent.
  • Enhance candidate engagement and experience during hiring.
  • Drive local events and programs to improve candidate engagement and referral quality.
