Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and G&A for a high-growth tech company.
• Experience recruiting for regions such as the Philippines, North America, and APAC.
• Previous SaaS company experience is a plus.
• Ability to partner and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong digital communication skills for remote interactions.
• Ability to work US core hours (8am - 5pm Pacific Time).
• 100% on-camera in a dedicated remote workspace with excellent internet connectivity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience for the Philippines.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and global stakeholders.
• Innovate sourcing techniques to build balanced and inclusive teams.
• Champion a meaningful recruitment journey for candidates and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and close talent effectively.
• Partner with management and global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent.
• Enhance candidate engagement and experience during hiring.
• Drive local events and programs to improve candidate engagement and referral quality.
