- Minimum of 5 years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales.

- Drive adoption and expansion of existing use cases and advise/develop additional use cases with the customer.
- Monitor customer initiatives, troubleshooting efforts, and certification progress.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
