Requirements:
  • Intermediate experience with Terraform, understanding deployment workflows and module development.
  • Working proficiency with HashiCorp Enterprise solutions.
  • Experience managing Linux systems and container orchestration.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting.
  • Experience managing shared, multi-tenant services; SRE experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing public cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure deployment tools and configuration management.
  • Intermediate understanding of the software development lifecycle including CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for shared services.
  • Proven experience assisting with cloud transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) on design and execution plans for HashiCorp tool implementations.
  • Execute technical customer solution plans designed by the RSA.
  • Design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions.
  • Assist in configuring third-party integrations with HashiCorp solutions.
  • Create support documentation, automation, and runbooks.
  • Assist with software patches and upgrades in non-production environments.
  • Consult with teams on integrating their tools with HashiCorp.
  • Execute tasks in cloud transformation related to HashiCorp products.
  • Build automation for the deployment and management of HashiCorp solutions.
  • Support customers in aligning workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
  • Articulate the cloud consumption model with HashiCorp workflows.
  • Impact developer velocity while addressing governance, risk, and controls.
  • Communicate the business value of HashiCorp products effectively.
  • Explain technical functionalities to various stakeholders.
  • Educate users on HashiCorp tools and cloud operating model best practices.
