Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree.
• Experience with data analysis and financial modeling, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Detail-oriented and organized for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to identify problems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic decision-making and planning in partnership with Sales leadership by producing analysis and recommendations.
• Maximize partnership value for stakeholders within Sales, GTM Strategy & Operations, Finance, and People Ops by providing actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve data sources within Adaptive and Tableau regarding performance and team changes.
• Implement strategic solutions for process inefficiencies through cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate proactively with Sales reps, leaders, and stakeholders on key performance metrics.
