Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud computing.
  • Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact for live clients.
  • Proactively check-in with clients regarding their adoption plans.
  • Identify trends related to client adoption and communicate them to leadership.
  • Shadow onboarding projects to learn about the client experience.
  • Gather and prioritize client feedback across platforms.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and feedback sessions.
  • Travel to build face-to-face relationships with clients.
