• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product workflows and vision from top management to implement process improvements.
• Own project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet goals within timelines.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs.
• Present ideas to stakeholders and manage implementation stages.
• Deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
