Requirements:
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling sales teams.
  • Senior-level experience in federal sales with emphasis on opportunity capture and proposal development.
  • Experience with selling direct and through government contracts.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce as a client relationship management tool.
  • Understanding of federal agencies, acquisition regulations, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of approximately eight account executives driving adoption of Axon’s solutions in federal markets.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction at designated federal agencies.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue targets and accurately forecast sales bookings.
  • Interface with various Axon groups for sales process improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and activity standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members in sales skills and professional development.
