Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and managing projects (4+ years).
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager is a huge plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• In-depth experience in process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management.
• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Proven record of successful delivery and management of B2B and B2C Digital Products.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Understand product ideas from top management and convert them into strategy and roadmap.
• Pitch and lead new projects, presenting ideas to stakeholders and managing all development stages.
• Lead the end-to-end product development from concept to launch and support.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Generate timely project reports and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Act as liaison between top management and project teams.
• Seek opportunities to drive project success.
