• 4+ years experience in operations measurement and analytics functions.
• Extensive data and analytical expertise with knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities for large datasets.
• Experience with standard data analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, especially HiBob.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to enhance people programs and processes.
• Design and create reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop data-driven solutions for employee experience.
• Identify trends and inform strategic initiatives through data analysis.
• Support workforce planning by analyzing historical data for trends.
