Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience leading multiple teams of software engineers.
• 5+ years in a technology-focused role as a Software Engineer or similar.
• Experience with various software languages and frameworks, with preferred experience in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, Vue, MySQL, database optimization, and AWS tooling.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Proven experience leading large technical projects while identifying incremental goals and adapting to business needs.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts, collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to agile processes.
• Eager to learn and stay on top of technical trends.

• Plan, execute, and oversee product features and initiatives across departments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define requirements, report progress, and align on technology roadmaps.
• Support your team in architecting solutions, driving quality practices, and implementing scalable processes.
• Lead ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
• Build autonomous, effective teams, and mentor leaders within your organization.
• Collaborate with technology leadership on departmental initiatives and act as a cultural champion across the broader organization.
