Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience leading multiple teams of software engineers.
• 5+ years in a technology-focused role as a Software Engineer or similar.
• Experience with various software languages and frameworks, preferred in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, Vue, MySQL, database optimization, and AWS tooling.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Proven experience leading large technical projects and adapting to business needs.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach engineers while ensuring a balanced work/life environment.
• Plan, execute, and oversee product features and initiatives across departments.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define requirements and align on technology roadmaps.
• Support the team in architecting solutions and implementing scalable processes.
• Lead team ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Build effective teams and mentor leaders within the organization.
• Collaborate with technology leadership and act as a cultural champion.
