Responsibilities:

Own the strategy and roadmap for cross-product features to elevate user experiences on the Hashicorp Cloud Platform.
Craft the product story by understanding the landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles.
Conduct user research and customer discovery work with the design team to define and review design prototypes.
Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers, field teams, and ecosystem partners.
Develop JTBD and Critical User Journeys in collaboration with Design for targeted Persona during the discovery process.
Write detailed problem requirement documents to set context for product delivery.
Collaborate with Design and Engineering partners on implementation.
Communicate product status to all partners and ensure updates on feature releases.
