- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in a web analytics role, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Experience with data visualization and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for advanced data analysis.
- General understanding of digital marketing principles, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and UX/UI principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and create reports for insights.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Focus on improving website conversion rates.
- SEO & Content Strategy Support: Provide support for SEO and content strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to achieve analytics goals.
- Benchmarking and SoT: Conduct benchmarking to measure performance.
