Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in a web analytics role, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Experience with data visualization and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for advanced data analysis.
• General understanding of digital marketing principles, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and UX/UI principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Analytics Implementation & Optimization: Responsible for implementing and optimizing web analytics for better data collection.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and create reports for insights.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Focus on improving website conversion rates.
• SEO & Content Strategy Support: Provide support for SEO and content strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to achieve analytics goals.
• Benchmarking and SoT: Conduct benchmarking to measure performance.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
