Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years managing labeling requirements for digital product delivery and launch.
• Experience in regulated project planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-starter mentality.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and customer orientation.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Understanding of medical device regulatory landscape, especially labeling.
• Medical Device Product Development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act in an advisory capacity to help teams manage work in an Agile environment.
• Serve as communication touchpoint for processes affecting labeling team operations.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the globalization process.
• Identify and address issues, involving appropriate personnel at the right time.
• Set up milestone touchpoints with Senior Leadership as necessary.
