Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or related environment.
  • Strong scientific background, with a doctoral-level degree (PhD, MD, MPH, PharmD) preferred.
  • Superior communication skills, able to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks, problem-solving, and client expectation management.
  • Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading development of high-quality scientific medical communications in non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma, including various types of publications and medical affairs materials.
  • Contributing to publication planning activities and establishing best practices for compliance.
  • Coordinating work with medical, editorial, and account management personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Consulting with teams for multimedia asset development and ensuring deliverables meet scientific and client standards.
  • Facilitating client meetings, interacting with stakeholders to align content, and providing onsite support for meetings and workshops.
  • Maintaining knowledge in relevant therapy areas and assisting in project proposals and budgeting.
