Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of security experience, with at least 4 years in security compliance or audits.
• Experience with ISMAP certification and achieving security certifications.
• Experience managing or conducting security audits, and improving security compliance programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of security controls across all domains and key technical security controls in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working effectively across individual contributors and senior leadership.
• Native fluency in Japanese, with excellent communication, reading comprehension, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enable the sale of Databricks products to Japanese government agency customers by leading and maintaining Databricks’ ISMAP certification efforts.
• Support gap assessments of new security compliance requirements.
• Assist in other Security Assurance Team certifications, reports, and activities.
• Conduct security compliance reviews of new features.
• Ensure audit readiness and security compliance across the organization by collaborating with other teams like Engineering, IT, and HR.
