Requirements:
  • 7+ years of demonstrated successful customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales or Sales Adjacent experience.
  • Solution or consultative sales experience within complex sales processes.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of disruptive technology solutions in competitive markets.
  • History of top-level sales performance within the technology sales market.
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% (2-4 days a week on the road).
Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales partners to build pre-sales plans and relationships within prospective customer agencies.
  • Collaborate with demo team partners to create impactful demos for customers.
  • Identify known and latent pain points and needs within agencies.
  • Articulate solutions for the identified problems through Axon Records adoption.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders for documentation needed for procurement, including RFPs and demos.
  • Assist in the creation of SOWs.
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Build a strategic plan with the Key Account Director to grow market share and achieve objectives.
  • Own relationships with regional and national trade organizations.
