Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years experience selling to C-Level Executives or legal departments with a proven record of exceeding sales quota.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or JD are a plus.
  • Experience in selling professional services to an executive team or legal department is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with specific industries such as technology, pharma, biotech, med tech, or e-commerce is advantageous.
  • Proven ability and willingness to make cold calls and successfully book meetings.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Experience with systems including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Effective presentation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Creative, resilient, and process-oriented team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy with a positive attitude and excellent customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close target new business accounts based on Ideal Client Profile (ICP) focusing on General Counsels or Legal Operations heads.
  • Understand OGC’s services and Unique Value Proposition (UVP) in the legal services industry.
  • Collaborate with service attorneys to clarify the OGC UVP for prospects.
  • Develop knowledge of the legal landscape and challenges faced by potential clients.
  • Build targeted prospecting campaigns using a multi-channel approach.
  • Meet minimum sales metrics and quotas consistently.
  • Produce accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Manage data accurately through the CRM system.
