Requirements:
  • Has 5+ years’ experience leading sales and growth for small businesses (5-200 FTEs). SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience influencing internally and externally.
  • Successful track record of managing frontline sales managers and associated indirect reports (~40).
  • Deep expertise in the Australia & New Zealand market.
  • Strong coaching and people management skills.
  • Anticipates and interprets market changes.
  • Drives execution and builds necessary capability.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth through identifying the right customers and overall grow the customer base.
  • Be accountable for business growth and achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer and employee satisfaction etc.).
  • Build close relationships with customers, working on growth obstacles and offering solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales leaders and cross-functionally with other leaders.
  • Attract and grow the best sales talent through effective recruiting, selecting and training methods.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and ensure maintained culture.
  • Inspire, lead and drive your team to meet or exceed all sales and bookings goals.
