Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate resolution of inquiries and timely renewals via video-meetings, emails & phone calls.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and billing teams to grow accounts and drive incremental product expansion opportunities.
Provide feedback and pilot new processes for the growth of the Contract Management Organisation.
Participate in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews to align strategies with organizational objectives.
