• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• 5+ years of experience supporting implementation initiatives in universities or large organisations.
• Experience in multicultural teams with knowledge of the Middle East and Africa regions.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, methodical, detail-oriented with project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter with a passion for language learning.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver.
• Must live close to a major airport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to universities and large global organisations as they implement Rosetta Stone.
• Collaborate with customers to develop a custom implementation plan that aligns with their objectives.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development to administrators, executives, and language learners.
• Travel up to 50% within Europe and Morocco to lead professional learning sessions and provide implementation support.
• Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of Rosetta Stone.
• Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.
