Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in a product management role.
• Proven track record of setting long-term product strategy & roadmaps and delivering products that delight customers.
• Deep technical understanding, with an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable goals for the team.
• Bias-to-action and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business on tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal audiences and writing clear strategy documents.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy & long-term roadmap for one or more new products and businesses, including the monetization strategy.
• Define the most important problems to solve for customers, and work backwards from winning.
• Drive the execution of that strategy, delivering solutions that delight our customers and contribute significant business value.
• Prioritize and communicate across the team, and run feedback loops to iteratively improve the solutions you own.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to close strategic accounts, resolve escalations, and maintain relationships with top customers.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
