Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute an effective procurement strategy that aligns with Remote’s growth and success.
• Research and analyse SaaS products and services to identify the best solutions for Remote.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with Remote’s terms.
• Manage the entire software procurement process in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders.
• Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services.
• Partnership with Data Privacy, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Maintain constant communication with vendors to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Find new ways to optimize supply management for efficiency.
