Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams in various time zones.
• Passion for cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and Business.
• Experience building and scaling high availability and resilient platforms.
• Ability to utilize observability and tracking tools for decision-making.
• Equivalent practical experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sprint planning, manage resource allocations and prioritization in Jira.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Participate in quarterly planning to remove impediments and coordinate resources.
• Provide tailored coaching and mentoring for Engineers.
• Manage on-call processes for performance and reliability issues.
• Establish best practices for issue resolution and risk minimization.
• Foster a culture of humility and continuous improvement.
