Requirements:

• Passionate about educating customers on observability risks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, .NET, etc.
• Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role.
• Ability to travel up to 45% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers during their trial phase.
• Technically close complex opportunities using advanced competitive knowledge.
• Deliver product and technical briefings to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM regarding customer feedback.
