Responsibilities:
  • Develop and cultivate existing and new individual prospects and donors.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Code.org's strategic funding priorities.
  • Assist in implementing individual giving programs, including major gifts and annual giving.
  • Recommend and manage outreach and prospect research initiatives.
  • Expand the support base of high-capacity individuals.
  • Be responsible for own portfolio and campaigns focused on attracting new donors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive donor stewardship strategies.
  • Craft persuasive communications and collateral.
  • Create a system for maintaining relationships with prospects and supporters.
  • Collaborate with Development Team and Executive Team.
  • Ensure timely reporting on donor results.
  • Supervise fundraising and donor information.
  • Drive prospect and donor engagement opportunities.
  • Take on other development duties as assigned.
