Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience or skills in customer service, sales, or collections.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PC management and internet browsing.
- Minimum educational level required: 9th grade (Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion).
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
Responsibilities:
- The Bilingual Contact Center Agent must answer or make calls and resolve cases through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- They must be alert to detect the client's mood, empathize, and actively listen to generate appropriate responses or solutions.
- The agent is expected to provide high standards of service quality, be friendly, take responsibility, and demonstrate Oportun's values in client and colleague interactions.
