Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a high volume of product and sales-related queries from inbound channels (around 40 per day).
• Identify and provide best next steps or resources to assist customers.
• Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat (8-10 calls per day).
• Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive (3-5 bookings per day).
• Close deals with small companies for starter and add-on products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the ISC team to improve experiences for customers.
