Requirements:

• Risen through the ranks as a FP&A analyst/manager with 4+ years experience.
• Global company experience, ideally including public company and IPO experience.
• Expertise in understanding and analyzing SaaS/ARR business models.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting/accounting concepts under ASC 606.
• Experience building/scaling FP&A function in high-growth environments.
• Experience using financial planning tools, preferably Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Embed within the business and establish strategic finance partnership with GTM and G&A Leadership.
• Lead strategic and financial planning processes supporting business objectives.
• Develop robust driver-based top-line, resourcing, financial and ROI models.
• Own and manage revenue and ARR forecasting models.
• Analyze monthly results and communicate messages to senior management, including risks and opportunity assessments.
• Build scenarios to address business questions and evaluate new revenue streams.
• Refine and automate data systems and tools to track performance.
