Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in a healthcare compliance setting, including managerial experience.
10+ years’ experience with HIPAA Privacy and OCR expectations for Privacy Programs.
5+ years of experience with state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations.
5+ years of experience preparing and delivering reports to boards of directors.
5+ years of experience with OIG expectations for compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead a Compliance team in performing and evaluating compliance functions, including HIPAA, governance, ethics, training, and education.
Partner with the Legal Department to provide advisory, investigatory, and remedial support services.
Manage regulatory risk while supporting growth and progress.
Structure compliance analytics processes for board oversight.
Create longer-term changes to exceed industry compliance standards.
Oversee performance management and career development in Compliance and Privacy teams.
