Requirements:
  • 10+ years’ experience in a healthcare compliance setting, including managerial experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience with HIPAA Privacy and OCR expectations for Privacy Programs.
  • 5+ years of experience with state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience preparing and delivering reports to boards of directors.
  • 5+ years of experience with OIG expectations for compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Compliance team in performing and evaluating compliance functions, including HIPAA, governance, ethics, training, and education.
  • Partner with the Legal Department to provide advisory, investigatory, and remedial support services.
  • Manage regulatory risk while supporting growth and progress.
  • Structure compliance analytics processes for board oversight.
  • Create longer-term changes to exceed industry compliance standards.
  • Oversee performance management and career development in Compliance and Privacy teams.
