- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
- Maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
- Organize and facilitate candidate onboarding processes and offer negotiations when necessary.
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize CRM tools and software to track candidates and manage the recruitment workflow.
