Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing a commercial team with strong operational exposure.
• Record in launching a team, department or project is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in account management and team management.
• Track record in team transformations from strategy to management.
• Experience in building a culture of high performance and joint sense of purpose.
• Food delivery/tech experience is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis, excel, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and manage the team of executives to achieve ambitious targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
• Drive overall KPI adherence.
• Build, monitor, and enforce system and process compliance to enable KPI success.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Create, implement, and improve new and existing processes.
• Proficient in problem solving at scale and creative as well as data-driven.
