  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in product operations, operations strategy, product analytics, business analyst, or similar systems analytical roles.
  • Adept in SQL and Excel, capable of performing complex functions.
  • Experience with AWS Redshift, Python, and DynamoDB.
  • Solid knowledge in Agile software tools like Jira and methodologies.
  • Technical curiosity and familiarity with new technologies, APIs, and databases.
  • Experience in building trusted partnerships with Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to track, guide, and resolve customer escalations systematically.
  • Manage daily operations of customer escalations related to various products.
  • Perform research on escalated customer issues to determine causes and make recommendations.
  • Use data to analyze customer feedback trends and themes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and define those improvements.
