- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; experience with querying Salesforce data is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker; familiarity with Python and DBT is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity when technical requirements may need to be discovered.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Develop & maintain a suite of reporting for the Implementation Leadership, establishing new KPIs & leading indicators of success.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, combining data from multiple systems.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize key performance metrics and insights.
- Conduct deep dive analysis in close coordination with the Implementation leadership team to develop an understanding of performance drivers.
- Monitor data quality & work with stakeholder teams to build & maintain a culture of data hygiene.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing solutions to improve data usability and accessibility.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
