Understanding of current threats, vulnerabilities and risks and how to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team responsible for building a world-class product security function, supporting a step change in the maturity of our program.
Own Product and Application Security strategy and priorities.
Partner with engineering and development team leaders to drive higher quality and more secure applications.
Determine skill sets needed, develop and execute a hiring plan.
Coach and build a team of exceptional Security Engineers.
Present maturity, progress and roadmap for the Product & Application Security Program for stakeholders.
Actively evangelize best security practices in the community.
