Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in analyzing and automating performance workloads on large-scale systems.
• Five (5) years of experience with performance load testing tools like Neoload, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
• Experience creating automated performance tests in Jenkins using Python and Groovy.
• Proficient in performance analysis tools such as Datadog, SentryOne, and JProfiler.
• Testing and analyzing enterprise-scale HTML/J2EE applications with database backends like Postgress, MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum models.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the constant improvement of testing practices including exploratory testing and session-based management.
• Identify performance risk areas in software changes and design effective test cases to mitigate risks.
• Engage in design meetings with different stakeholders to ensure testability and produce coverage reports for product testing.
• Create scripts or tools to analyze performance, and develop code for identifying and fixing performance issues.
• Perform capacity planning focusing on I/O and RAM for large-scale customers, and analyze test results for performance bottlenecks.
